Refund policy


Order processing time 

Thank you for your order. We are as excited as you are to receive your new jewelry and we hope it will reach you in perfect condition. We do our best as quickly as possible. Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking confirmation email.

Lost packages

Once your package is handed over to the courier we are not responsible for any shipping delays or packages that are lost or stolen. 

We offer Guide Shipping Protection from damage, loss & theft during transit. Guide is optional at the check out although we highly recommend adding it to your order. If you added Guide Shipping Protection to your order and now are experiencing issues, you will need to file a claim with them. Once submitted a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email.

Order cancelations & modifications

All orders placed are final. If your order has not been processed yet we are able to modify your order. Please contact us here for order modification. If your order has been processed already unfortunately we are not able to modify it.

Returns & exchanges

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items returned must be in condition received. Please keep the original packaging as you will be asked to return it with the item. To address the matter in the best possible way we ask our customers to send us photos of the damaged item. Please allow 2-5 working days for a response. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

We are unable to process full refund under the following circumstances:

1. Returned items have been worn, or

2. Your LIRIO order didn't arrive due to one or other circumstances outside of our control ( f.e. not cleared customs, natural disasters ), or

3. Your LIRIO order has been placed at a discount. All sale items and discounted products are final sale. All personalized & custom orders are final sale. Earrings are final sale due to hygienic purposes.

When exchanging the fastest way to ensure you get your desired item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We strongly advise you to choose wisely your ring size using our RING SIZE GUIDE before purchasingCustomers are responsible for shipping fees to and from LIRIO.

Return to sender

Please make sure all your details are correct at the checkout. We do not alter shipping addresses. If your package has been returned back to us we are happy to resend it back to you, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees. 

Warranty

Of course we want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand that things may happen to your items. That's why we are happy to offer 30-day warranty on items except any discounted or sale items.
